You are viewing a Brand NEW HKS EGC (Electric Governor Controller) for any turbo vehicle. This unit runs off of the vacum signal of the intake and the ignition signal from the coil. It allows for fine tuning of your ignition timing. It comes to you just as it would come to if you were able to buy it from HKS, (that includes the manual). It is NOT sold anywhere and a very rare find. It is in GREAT New condition and perfect working order. If the winning bidder would like we will be happy to translate sections of the manual for them. This is a very easy install and a great way to easily tune your car's ignition. Tuning a Turbo cars ignition means keeping the ignition curve away from the knocking or detination piont. This is a Very important peice of the racing engine. Everything pictured is included.
