It's possible to do this with a single acceptance (according to § 21 StVZO). in german it is called "Einzelabnahme". For the Do-Luck frontbumper a licence is existing i think. Watch in the FAQ or ask some people here via PN, who have or have had the frontbumper on their cars, e.g. Sumi88, Nightdriver, suprasöse,...
