Regulus skirts

Hi,

i'm going to do this in english because, well, i speak/write english a whole lot better than i do german (though i can read it very well ;)).

Anyway, i've got a rather goofy bodykit on my car. I've got a DoLuck front (got that from Christian) bomex rear bumper addons and i'm in the proces of buying a set of genuine regulus sideskirts.

Now, i'm dutch and i want have the car on my own name again. So i'll have to import from the netherlands to germany.

Now i'm looking for "tuv gutachten" for all those bodyparts if possible. I know i've seen the DoLuck frontbumper on a couple of other german supra's, i just haven't seen bomex rears or regules sides yet.

Also how big of a problem would you guys think it's going to be to get them to pass something that i don't have any "gutachten" for?

Thanks in advance
Sebastiaan Swinkels.

Welcome!

It's possible to do this with a single acceptance (according to § 21 StVZO). in german it is called "Einzelabnahme".
For the Do-Luck frontbumper a licence is existing i think. Watch in the FAQ or ask some people here via PN, who have or have had the frontbumper on their cars, e.g. Sumi88, Nightdriver, suprasöse,...

Hey,

thanks for the reply. I'm wondering, what involves this paragraph 21 StVZO, how do i go about it, what will it cost me.

I indeed remember actually seeing papers for the DoLuck front, just have no idea where :mnih:

Also, i'm thinking about making myself a rear diffuser like. As this would be a one-off item (in FibreGlass), how would that work out with the guys at the TuV station ?

The paragraph 21 StVZO is a seperate inspection for individual parts which have no german TÜV-licence, which means imported parts or selfmade parts. It is not possible for all parts to get a Tüv-licence this way but for the most. The parts must be mounted safely and should not be overrelated which means e.g. a front bumper which makes the car 1m longer.
Normaly it costs between 40,- and 500,- € depends on the part you want to get a licence for. For bodyparts it would be not more than 100,- € I think.

The licence for the Doluck front should be in the FAQ of this forum as i wrote last time but you can also ask some member who have the front bumper on their cars.
