HKS EVC-S oder allgemein Boostcontroller --> Problem

Ciao Jungs

Hab ein Problem mit dem HKS EVC-S...

Wenn es deaktiviert ist, haben wir 0.4 - 0.45 bar, also normal...

Wenn es eingeschaltet ist, können wir Offset, Response, Overboost, Warning und Drop down einstellen...

Offset --> mehr Druck
Response --> Ansprechverhalten
Overboost --> Druck den er zu Beginn kurz bringt ???
Warning --> Grenzwert für den Summer/Blinker
Drop Down --> wieviel er den Boost reduziert wenn Warning ansteht...

Auf jeden Fall kann ich einstellen was ich will, der Druck schnellt hoch (von 0.4 - FuelCut, je nach Einstellung) aber dann sinkt er sofort wieder auf normal...

Schläuche wurden überprüft, alles ok....

mach ich da fundamental etwas falsch oder was läuft... ?

mmmmmhhhh... könnt mich in arsch beissen:

What we are doing here is making an airpressure feed going into the center NO port and pass it through and out of the COM port to the actuator opening the wastegate.

When we now use the OFFSET function, a valve will move within the solenoid which will create an air leak, allowing air to leak out of the NC side port. (be sure not to cap off this 'unused' NC side port, i.e. remove the plastic cap that comes on it from factory). Example, when you put in a 20% OFFSET, the valve will open 20% of the way, creating a (just making stuff up here) 4psi airleak. Your turbo will now boost the stock 11psi + need to compensate for the 4psi airleak, bringing the total boost to 15psi.

IF YOU WANT to hookup a boostgauge;

Since it only comes with two nipples (to connect to the com, nc, and no ports) you cannot test it with a boostgauge, unless you hook it up like an aftermarket wastegate setup. (since the swingtype bleeds off boost and there is no line on the port that is bleeding air, so you cannot measure how much it is bleeding)

da is so ein plastikkäppchen drin, wenn man das ding auspackt.... hab halt nur die entfernt, die ich auch angeschlossen habe.... den dritten habich zu gelassen, damit kein dreck reinkommt --> grosser fehler

jetzt gehts einwandfrei... ich werde da wohl so einen kleinen pneumatik-sinter-filter reinschrauben... so ganz offen find ich komisch....

hab sogleich nen schönen gp-start hingelegt und in einer ausfahrt hatte ich nen ordentlichen heck-schlänzer..... macht schon was aus, son bisschen mehr druck....

irgendwann muss ich wohl mal zu daniel auf die rolle

ps: ist das bei allen solenoid valves so ?? dass man den port offen lassen muss damit es "bleeden" kann ?
