Einbau elektronischer Boostcontroller?

Gibt es da eigentlich einen wesentlichen Unterschied zu Apexi AVC-R .
Denn ich hab auf "supras.nl" gelesen, man soll den Druck vor der DK nehmen, damit es nicht zu den Problemen mit der Selbstlern-Funktion kommt.
Wörtlich steht da geschrieben:

" The last part which comes with the boost controller, is a pressure sensor. This pressure sensor tells the boost controller what pressure has been reached in the intake manifold or the surge tank, so the boost controller knows how much more (or less) the turbo needs to be spooled. The manual of the Apexi boost controller tells you to hook this sensor to the surge tank (so after the throttle body). After some research I heard from a lot of people this is not a good idea. It was very hard to get stable boost readings, thus the boost controller was unable to go into self learning mode.
