In my opinion it is not a good idea to go to a junk yard, because there you get a 200000 km engine ant the owner say it runs only for about 100000 km...

And if you want a GTE engine i think it is the only good way for you to make your engine new, because it is realy hard to find a realy good GTE engine.
Better you build it up again and you know all is ok.

Better that some from us send you the new parts you need and you repair your Engine. But don´t change only the bearings. Better to make all new.
On this way you have sure more fun with you new engine.
If i buy here a Engine i never think that this engine lives long. Because it is too hard to find a good one.
And i think at the junk yard you get also not a good engine.
