Here are some pictures of the supercharger with belt, the new V belt for the alternator (see how it would slip over the pulley), the norbie mounts and the R154 mk3 tranny with 1jz bellhouse.
The gearing on the supercharger is about 2:1. So the charger will push 2 liter of air every engine revelation until the turbo spools. That means we'll be having around 2/1.5 = 0.33 bar of boost from idle. Should be sufficient. |
