the switch is needed for 89+ facelift, the one with all black face. the pre-facelift ones AFAIK have some silver printing on it.

It´s not that hard to get the mirrors in black. Let me get a pair, then we can make the change. I can send with FEDEX and they can also pickup the box to germany. Than you have no freight cost and no paperwork. Is that enough to get the switch ?

I spoke to a friend of mine today he says he has a 89+ rear defroster switch, i will pick it up from him when he gets back in town. Do you have pictures of the folding mirrors?

pics will be sent tomorrow, mirrors are in the workshop in austria. then parts will be send to me with some other stuff. You can send me the target adress via pm, i´ll check best way for shipping.
