Was für ein Teil ist das von HKS?

In dieser Auktion is ein Zusatzgerät namens SBC (Scramble Boost Controller).
Was macht das Teil genau?Vom Aussehen her scheint es sowas zu sein,wie eine Erweiterung des EVC, so dass bei Betätigung des Trigger Buttons für eine vorher eingestellte Zeit der Ladedruck erhöht ist.Ist meine Überlegung richtig oder was is das sonst?

Schreib ihn dochmal an, er versucht immer so gut wie möglich zu helfen, hatte nur gute erfahrungen mit ihm.

für mich sieht das so aus, als ob das ne art "overboost" funktion hätte, wie es bei neuen BC zur verfügung steht... dort kannst auch Boostlevel und Zeit des Overboosts einstellen. Alarm wird bei nem Spitzenwert n Signal ausgeben und der Trigger wird zum auslösen sein...

Danke für die Info.Werd die Auktion mal verfolgen und den anbieter auch mal anschreiben ob der das SBC einzeln auftreiben kann.

The SBC allows you to PRESET a MAXIMUM VALUE of "overboost" (beyond whatever pressure level your EVC swing valve is set to) up to 200% or something of your initial max setting. If your EVC BOOST control is set to MAX at 10psi, then when you hit the "TRIG" or "TRIGGER" button on the SBC, it will allow the boost to JUMP UP to some level above that 10psi. For example, if the SBC is set at 150%, you would jump to 15psi... or at 120% to 12psi, etc... The SBC is also equipped with a TIMER function, where this BOOST JUMP or "SCRAMBLE BOOST" level is ONLY active for a preset duration, anywhere from a FEW seconds, to a "minute" or more? (forgot the "max" time value... and don't have the lit in front of me...) This way, you can be set up to drive at "reasonable" and SAFE boost levels for your "normal" driving, then when you need a sudden SCRAMBLE, you just hit the "TRIG" button (a REMOTE button with looooong lead to allow mounting near your shifter, left hand armrest by the door, steering wheel stem, center console, etc... where you can easily HIT IT without reaching around or otherwise hampering your focus on DRIVING the vehicle. It's like hitting a NOS-SHOT button! HYPERDRIVE for the SUPRA!) There is a neat little "gimmicky" feature where you can turn an "alarm" on so it BEEPS rapidly in a "soft tone" when you hit the TRIGGER until the timer is "up". If you need MORE MAX boost, you just HIT it again, or during the timer countdown and it keeps repeating until you let the timer lapse. VERY NIGHTRIDER like. Makes me feel like Han Solo in the Millenium Falcon! GREAT for sudden boost "allowance" that LIMITS the DURATION and LEVEL of boost you are "authorizing" so you don't "overdo" it in your FAST-N-FURIOUS scramble to "race" someone... manual boost dialing is "risky" at best, and CONTINUOUS boosting to UPPER THRESHOLDS is also a recipe for disaster. The SBC gives you PREDETERMINED and CAREFULLY CALCULATED maximum threshold values for LIMITED duration so you can HAVE it when you WANT it, without the RISK of getting TOO GREEDY!
