um nie wieder luft im kühlsystem zu haben geht man wie folgt vor ( originaltext ):
MkIII Supras have a tendency to create air locks in the coolant system. This causes overheating. Here's how to get rid of them for ever.
Take out your thermostat
Drill a 5 mm hole at the top of the thermostat - where the litle valve thingy is sitting.
Refit thermostat
Fill up your coolant system
Let her get warm and refill system
also: ein 5mm loch ins thermostat bohren. an der oberseite, wo ein ventil sitzt.
kann das mal jemand präzisieren der schon mal ein thermostat in der hand hatte ( ich hoffe nicht, dass ich es demnächst auch mal in der hand gehabt haben muss )? oder testen?
