Ist der Gegner bei der HUK? Wenn ja, dann kannst du gleich einen Anwalt einschalten. Hatte das damals bei meinem Swift auch. Der Unfallgegner war bei der HUK und die wollten mir 700eur zahlen, durch den Anwalt hab ich 1400 bekommen.
