Sorry aber jetzt bist du auf dem falschen weg. Bokeh und tiefenunschärfe bzw. Tiefenschärfe sind komplett anders. Das bokeh hat nichts mit der tiefenschärfe zu tun. Das bokeh bezeichnet das aussehen der Unschärfe. Vergleiche mal das bokeh von nem Canon 85er L objektiv und ner 500mm russentonne (spiegeltele). Dann weisste was ein bokeh ist.
Die tiefenschärfe ist von der blende und dem Sensor abhängig. Wenn du ein Bild mit f/2.8 blende schiesst, dann hast du eine geringere tiefenschärfe (oder auch höhere tiefenunschärfe) als bei einem Bild mit f/8.0. Das was du mit dem Makro gezeigt hast, ist der schärfebereich, welcher abhängig von der blende ist.
