The bellhousing won't match up at all, you will need to fabricate a bell housing, and you'll need to have a 2JZ-GTE flywheel custom made with a 7M crank's bolt pattern (RPS would probably do it for you) You will need to make the same modifications to the shifter bracketry to make it line up with the shifter hole in the MK3 tunnel as if you were swapping a JZ/6-spd in.
The V161 Getrag was geared to be used with a 3.13:1 and 3.23:1 rear end, whereas the closest a stock MK3 diff comes to that is a 3.73:1. with a 3.73:1 first gear will be worthless on the 6-spd and 6th gear will be slightly shorter than your original 5th gear was, so without a diff change you will actually lose top speed. You will need to find a 3.2x:1 rear ring & pinion to install in your MK3 diff.. this is helped because some older Toyota trucks use the same 4 pinion R&P so there's some gearing options, but the easiest over the counter one is a 3.54:1... still not quite good enough. Naturally you'll also need a custom driveshaft too. Obviously it will get expensive very quickly.

Hope that helps.

unless you have one of the following:

1) a SHITLOAD of money
2) mad fabrication skills
3) a friend who owes you a HUGE favor with mad fabrication skills and equipment

youre better off not trying to do it....
