For those who have no access to Supramania the dispute was settle yesterday:

Still no change in login date.

Complainant got a refund via a chargeback.

This is an unusual case. We usually do not allow dispute for sales that did not occur on this site, however, the dollar amounts involved and the sellers claims and attitude about this on another forum led us to allow this dispute.

While the seller never logged in here, we did see what happened between the seller and the buyer via another forum.

The long and short of this is:

Cams weren't packed sufficiently by our standards. Cams were damaged in shipping. Seller admits cams were damaged in shipping. Shipping firm has denied claim due to insufficient packaging. Seller however claims that shipping damage is always the buyers problem. We do not agree with this assessment, the buyer does not agree, nor would anyone on this site agree with those terms. If the seller had properly packaged the cams, even if they had been damaged, with proper packaging at least insurance would have assured that nobody lost a dime.

We find the position of the seller intolerable. In order to save us all grief, sellers rights to sell here suspended indefinitely. Dispute closed.
