I filed a complaint with my bank a week ago and they forwarded it to PBS who takes care of all payments through credit cards.

It seems they agree with my complaint so they did a charge back from my American Express Card and this morning the money was back in my account.

So I finally got my money back - no thanks to Herr Kellermann.

What American Express and Paypal are going to do now I don't know. Maybe Paypal will want to look at the dispute again and see if they can get the money else where.....
