Ich denke mal die Member die schon länger dabei sind haben sich mit der Zeit daran gewöhnt. Man weiss ungefähr mit wem man es zu tun hat.
Die neuen Member sind denn davon eher schockiert. Passend wirds auch noch wenn sie vielleicht 1-2 Monate da sind und dann sowas passiert.
