Diesen Teil der Frage verstehe ich ehrlich gesagt nicht. Denn die Größe der Düsen und auch die AFR hat nichts mit den Nockenwellen zu tun, sondern mit der jeweils individuellen Motor-Konfiguration. Und das ist jedem selbst belassen. Prinzipiell können die Nockenwellen in jedem serienmäßigen MKIV verbaut werden, als auch in MKIV mit Single-Turbo. Je nach Abstimmung und Equipment wird die AFR also völlig unterschiedlich sein.
Ansonsten sind diese Nockenwellen natürlich nichts für Warmduscher:
