run the wire through a push putton switch or toggle switch, then though the clutch pedal switch. pushing the button activates it, letting up on the clutch deactivates it. You could also run it through a relay so that letting up on the clutch kills it until it's set again. this makes launching easier, especialy if you're fast and need both hands on the wheel when you launch.
