on the second pic you see the valve buckets .... left the oem part, right the SSE version for the upgraded cam
because the valves at the head and at the block are surfaced everything will be lifted up
the sport cams are slightly shorter than the std cams and that means the top needs to be surfaced also.
the question is: were must we grind on the second pic ? On top of the plate ?
on the pic you also see the little piece (what is not used for the std cams) which have a small peak
while it fits in the bucket it does not fit in completely. Is there any drilling for the bucket necessary?
