Ventilspiel 7mgte? Hat jemand das Handbuch zur hand?

Bin grade am ventilspiel machen, hab aber kein
Buch und im forum hab ich IN=0.15-0.25 gefunden und EX=0.20-0.30mm, stimmt das so?
