But I'd like to know here on this forum. What do people think ? Is it fine to put two cams next to each other and then wrap a t-shirt around them and then a small piece of paper and stuff them into a box? When I opened the box I could hear the cams rattling inside the box. Metal against metal.

Is this the way you do it around here?

Ich würde das auf keinen Fall akzeptieren!!
Wer solche Teile verkauft und sich als Spezialist ausgibt sollte auch wissen dass die Wellen kein Schüttgut sind und entsprechend verpackt werden müssen, scheiss egal wie die aus Japan hier hergekommen sind. (Ist eh ein dummes Argument)

Also echt, seit wann denn das? Dann brauch ich ja nie mehr was verpacken, ich mach da einfach das Postklebeschild auf das Teil drauf und kicks der Post übern Zaun.

Generell würde ich behaupten dass DHL noch einer der besten Lieferdienste ist, bei GLS musste alles ATOMbombensicher verpacken damit es heil ankommt.


aber irgendwie hab ich das gefühl dass die meisten händler hier ganz schnell die backen kneifen wenns um rückzahlung geht, wahrscheinlich hats da auch keiner so dicke.
manchmal sollte man auch soviel geschäftssinn haben und mal in die tasche greifen, egal was die rechtslage aussagt, ein enttäuschter kunde kauft nie wieder, und hier in so einer kleinen gemeinde kann so ein fall ganz schnell nach hinten los gehen, aber scheinbar hat das noch keiner geblickt.

Last time I bought an ATI damper here on this forum and it showed up with a big knick on the A/C pulley. I went through 3 instances of complaint with the Danish post but got nothing from them since they claimed it was poor packaging by the seller. I eventually ended up with a partial refund from the seller for a new A/C pulley. But the post clearly stated that it was the person shipping the item that was responsible for the packaging and not me so I should just ship it back and get a refund. I didn't go through a dispute with paypal since it was a relatively small amount. But this one will go through a claim with paypal if he doesn't stand up to his responsibility.

Abwarten, ich bin mir sicher er kümmert sich darum, kann mir nicht vorstellen dass er sich da so einfach aus der Nummer rauskommt.

Ganz Deiner Meinung.
Neu werden die Wellen einzeln in einem Styroporkarton verpackt.
Wie schon mal gesagt müssen die Wellen wie rohe Eier behandelt werden.
Das Pakete wärend des versendens hin und her geschmissen werden
ist doch bekannt.
Deswegen kannste ja auch kein Nitro versenden:engel:

Well I just got my claim refused from paypal for reasons I really don't understand.

So I guess it is ok to ship things so they get destroyed.
